I think of food and working out as tools. Tools that I can choose to take advantage of to help my mind and body or tools that I can keep on the shelf to get dusty. But, the longer they stay on the shelf, the more rusty they will be when I finally decide to start using them again. The thing is, this life should be enjoyable, fun, and happy, so I want to help you explore how you can make that you're priority so that you actually look forward to improving yourself and your mental, internal, and physical health.
