With everything that’s going on right now, it is vital to be prepared for any situation. I know so many of you have had your weddings postponed or cancelled because of the virus and I can’t imagine how disappointing that is. However, every tough situation has a silver lining and eventually we learn that everything happened for a reason. We may not know what that reason is yet, but as far as a silver lining, all the couples that have longer to wait before their special day also get to plan more. Ensure everything is ready and perfect and make any final touches.
In a few months, when you're finally packing for your wedding, there are so many things to bring that you will inevitably forget something. For that reason alone, it is my job as a wedding planner to have an entire kit prepared so that no matter the situation, we have a solution. The bride's job is to bring herself and her love, it is the planner and bridal party's job to bring the dress, favors, decor, and everything else. In case you are planning your own wedding in this chaos of a world we live in now, below is a list of every single thing that could possibly be of use in case something goes wrong.

The best way to pack all this is in a rolling plastic Crafts bin. It has different compartments for different sized items and is easily transported and organized. With all of this prepared, there is not a situation you won’t be able to fix. It will account for any vendor mistakes, weather issues, or bridal party emergencies. And if you’re another wedding planner out there. Have these things prepacked for every event and refill when things get used up!
I hope you found this useful and even in a few years when more of you get hitched, come back to this when you pack! Happy Easter,
Gabriella
